GLANBIA GLOBAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE // CHICAGO

How was your first big event with everyone since the pandemic?

This event was highly successful. Having an opportunity to bring everyone together to connect and celebrate the success of the year and celebrate each other was very impactful.

Why was it important for you all to have Steph Grant Studios capture it?

Photography provides still moments of remembrance.  The smiles, the hard work and the dedication to each other and the event always shine when captured so professionally.  It was important to be sure we captured these memories as life changes so quickly.  It’s also important because you don’t see everything going on around you in the moment of the meeting.  Providing these pictures back to employees allowed them a chance to see what everyone else was doing or see moments that maybe they weren’t able to be a part of.  When teams come together to collaborate and connect, having a reminder to look back on can be very impactful.

What was it like working with an almost full SGS crew?

The SGS team is amazing.  From beginning to end.  Being provided one on one time together to layout the goals and objectives of the meeting and provide SGS a sense of what we wanted captured was important.  The SGS team listened and provided very constructive feedback on how to make the event successful.  Their honesty in what they can provide and how best to provide it was very helpful as we laid out the “how” of the meeting.  The kindness and authenticity of the crew was amazing.  If we needed something, they were there. They were honest in supporting our expectations and also provided clear communication when there were challenges.  You cannot ask for a better team to bring creativity to life and make sure that all content shared back was real. We felt as if they heard our needs and gave us back the vision we wanted.   The laughs and moments behind the scenes were some of the best.  This is truly a great team to work with.

What's the key to scheduling headshots for 200+ attendees to make sure everyone gets taken care of without missing key content?

Have conversations with the SGS team. Allowing the team to tell us what works best, how to navigate through 200 people and providing a detailed schedule is key.  Along with flexibility.  It is a lot of people of whom may have schedule change, meeting times change etc. Not only did SGS have flexibility, but so did we.   It all comes back to communication between the team doing the photographs and those being photographed. We were clear with our teams on how the process was going to go and what the end product would be, and SGS was clear on how to make that happen successfully. The end result provided people with a very personal and authentic headshot that can be used in so many different ways, both personally and professionally. The headshots that were captured were done beautifully and so professionally.  SGS captured the essence of the individual and gave them something more than a 2 second photo. They gave them a photo of who each person really is.
