Q: WHAT IS YOUR IDEAL PROJECT?

A: Representation is incredibly important to us, so some of our favorite projects are the ones in the diversity, inclusivity, and equity spaces or any type of project with our ideal clients. Honestly, it wouldn’t matter if we’re doing conferences, events, brand identity development or rebranding, DEI & culture, or any of the other services we offer as long as the client or project is aligned with our commitment to representation.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

A: We create packages based on your needs, so feel free to fill out this contact sheet with any details you have. Once that comes through, we’ll take a look and schedule a time to chat!

Q: WILL STEPH BE THE PHOTOGRAPHER?

A: Steph Grant Studios is proud of our team of badass creatives, and you can be rest assured that any of our photographers will deliver the high quality images you’re looking for. If you’re interested in working with Steph specifically, we’re happy to include a package based on availability.

Q: DO I GET A THUMBDRIVE OF IMAGES?

A: Heck yes you do! We’ll get you the images in a digital gallery, but we love sending a pretty package with a physical thumb drive you can keep. PS: Don’t forget to backup your thumbdrive when you get your images. Technology sometimes hates us and can fail.

Q: DOES SGS TRAVEL?

A: YES! More than we stay in one place, actually. We are always on the go and nowhere is too far! It seems like just yesterday the team was in Spain. Airfare, lodging and transportation aren’t included in package prices and must be provided by the client.

Q: AFTER THE EVENT/SHOOT, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR CONTENT?

A: Typically, you’ll receive your thumb drive in the mail 3-4 weeks after the event/shoot. If that sounds like too long, we hear you! We offer rush edit options to get you the images in a quicker time frame.

Q: WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHT TO THE MEDIA? CAN WE OWN THE COPYRIGHT?

A: Steph Grant Photography owns the copyright and retains the right to use the images, without compensation or notification to the client, to promote her business and our team. She may display them in or outside our offices or the offices of partnering vendors, post them on this site, Facebook, Twitter, on a blog, in a magazine, book, app or social network.

Q: BUT WHAT IF WE DON’T WANT YOU TO USE OUR MEDIA?

A: We may sound like a broken record, but representation is an important part of our work. Not only representing the LGBTQIA+ community in the media itself, but also the work of successful and talented creatives in the community. It’s also how we get business! Heck, it’s probably how you found me! I am very proud of Steph Grant Studios’ work.

Q: CAN I PLEASE GIVE APPROVAL FOR SGS TO USE MEDIA OR HAVE IT KEPT PRIVATE?

A: Definitely, but there will be a charge for limiting the use of the images. Remember, that’s how we get business. We’d love to hear your concerns and can work out the details in the contract.

Q: HOW CAN WE USE THE MEDIA?

A: The client will receive a flashdrive of high-resolution, non-watermarked, edited, color corrected, digital files (not the RAW images) and web quality images for internal purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract or a separate licensing agreement.
